It is also a matter of trial and error, but usually the best type of intervention will be from a second person, or a reputable hypnotherapist because they are the most knowledgeable in inducing hypnosis.

  When your conscious mind is not listening, it's time to talk with your subconscious to convince you that smoking is bad for you and it will only take you to an early death or a long suffering.   Even if you are fully aware of the consequences of smoking, nothing seems to stop you from doing so. They make us do so automatically, without the necessity of thinking as when we get that stick of cigarette. That is why hard for the conscious mind to rational argument, even if the facts are presented with the risk of life. To achieve real change, we must go to the source and relate to it. The subconscious mind is the part of the brain that controls bodily functions, memory, impulses, and habits. One of the best ways to affect the subconscious to quit smoking Stopping smoking is through hypnosis.

  Quit smoking hypnosis is a therapy program that employs the method of hypnosis"the process of artificially inducing a trance state similar to sleep make a person more receptive and impressionable. While in this trance state, you are suggested with positive statements to stop smoking. Quit smoking hypnosis can be used through hypnosis sessions with a psychologist or a hypnotherapist. Quit smoking hypnosis sessions are also available through audio tapes and CDs sold online. Quit smoking hypnosis can also be induced by their own, through self-hypnosis.
